Is there anything that the bride and groom customarily pay for for guests if they have a destination wedding?

so i’m getting anxious, we are getting married feb. 2 at couples in Negril, Jamaica. we have never been to the resort and i’m getting anxious, because i have nothing to do. i’m told i don’t have to worry about anything which is nice, but now i’m worring about what will happen when we do get to the resort. if anyone has gotten married there or has had a destination wedding would you let me know what to expect or at least help me to not be so anxious?
so i’m looking for people who have actually done a destination wedding.

I am planning a small intimate wedding for 30 or less in. Ft. Lauderdale. Do I HAVE to rent chairs? Does anyone have a fun idea for not using chairs?

i am planning a wedding in August 2009, and a reception as well back home just want to know what is good enough notice for the guest to take care of there air accommodations if they are coming…. i have already secured 3 diff rent rates in nice resorts to insert with the invitations.

Im in the beginning stages of planning a destination wedding. My fiance and I have narrowed it down to the Sandals resorts but not sure which one. We’re currently considering the Royal Bahamian, Grand St. Lucia or Antigua.

I would love to have a small destination wedding over a wedding with a lot of people. Our budget is 10k-12k dollars. I most definately could see it in Greece, or Italy…with under ten people there at the most. Do you think this would be attainable???

me and my boyfriend are planning on getting married in about 2 or 3 years (have to finish up cosmetology school and my apprenticeship) i was thinking about having a destination wedding on a cruise ship. get off at a port and have the ceremony and then get back on the ship for the reception. have any of you had a destination wedding and if so would you do it again.
