I googled the name and got his site right away. I’d sue his a$$. You can find his address at City Hall in the business license registration office, send him a certified demand letter stating him you want the pictures or a full refund. Check with an attorney as to whether or not you can get punitive damages. Depending on what you paid him, this may qualify for small claims courts. Go to the small claims website for your city/county/state and check out the rules.
Taking money and not delivering the goods can be considered fraud. Go see the district attorney and find out if you can file a fraud complaint.
Additionally, go the the State Attorney General and the BBB as suggested above.
Good luck.
never heard of him, does he travel alot?
go and hunt him down, search the web or phonebook for his address
I might run an ad in the paper and on craigslist looking for other clients of his who have not received their wedding pictures. You could meet together and talk about suing. You might even get his attention with the ads.
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorneys’ General of your state. If he comes from another state, file with them as well. They will try to help resolve the issue.
I had to do that before with the company that financed my car. It was a mess, but the Attorney’s General was able to help.
