My boyfriend bow fiance propose to me last night at dinner. We’re getting married but first want to have a bridal shower to celebrate my wedding.

No. You, as the bride, cannot throw yourself a shower.
You cannot have one yourself, bad wedding etiquette. This is up to the maid/matron of honor to see to. If a family member and or family friend wants to give shower, maid of honor helps see that everything is coordinated. If no one else is giving you a shower it is up to the maid/matron of honor and your bridesmaids to do so.
