Is it okay to alternate two different wedding favors at each table?
We were thinking of alternating wine bottle stoppers & candy boxes at each reception table. There are 10 people per table (so 5 of each favor). My fiance & I love wine, so we chose the bottle stoppers, however we want to offer something different for those who do not drink wine. The alternating favors would ultimately save us some money too. Would this violate any sort of etiquette rules? Would it be better to stick to just one favor?

hello-no you are fine with two different favors at your wedding it does not violate any etiquette angela (wedding coordinator )
That’s perfectly fine, lots of couples choose more than one favor.
That’s fine as long as you don’t have a sitting assignment, that way people can choose where to sit to get the favor they would prefer.
sounds good to me! but rather than assigning one per seat, so people dont have a choice at what they get, put them around the centerpiece so people can pick!
that is unless you do not have a seating plan, if people sit where they want then it is fine to allocate per seat, as people wont sit there if they dont want that gift, theyl sit one across, if you get me?
we have allocated tables but not seats, so everyone is at the right table but they can sit where they like. our favours are all the same so we dont have this problem but i think you could easily resolve with the above
good luck
I think that sounds like a wonderful idea. Not everyone likes candy and not everyone drinks wine, this way you are more likely to give people something they like!
Kudos and congratulations!
