Expert Advice About Beach Wedding Planning And Destination Wedding Locations.
(We already have a stockpile of personalized M&Ms and mini bubble bottles ready to go. What else? Since it is such a small wedding of only close family, we want to make the gift bags really special.)
We live in Inland Empire area (Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario etc)
We are planning to get married this summer (09′). I know it is kind of late to look for venues since it is already April.
We are looking for a nice (& beautiful at sunset) garden type wedding venue with a reception area that lets you bring your own caterer and is not too pricey.
If you have any suggestions that would be great!
I am looking for a seaside wedding location in Maine preferably midcoastal. The dilema is we do not want to have our wedding at a hotel or B&B we’d prefer to have our family cater the wedding, hire our own bartender, etcetc. Does anyone know any private locations that are reasonabley priced for a wedding of about 80-100???? Thanks

I’m thinking khaiki Lee dunggery shorts for the guys & Tommy Bahma shirt. That is a solid color & the girls in the same solid color or the same color in that print. With different companies its so hard to find something that matches. I also want them to be able to wear it again.
My girls are way to easy going if I had them wear puke green/yellow they would be happy because its what I wanted.

I live in the Pittsburgh PA, we are looking to have a beach wedding. I really like Myrtle beach. My parents are pushing for Virginia beach since its closer. I was wondering what beach is better?
We are planning either a late April 2011 or an early Oct 2011 wedding. Depending on how money & vacation days from work works out.
My parents have never been to either beach, I have only been to Myrtle once my fiance & his family have been going to Myrtle for years. Neither of our families are paying for our wedding. That is why we picked an destination wedding its cheaper. My parents will help pay for the "welcome back" picnic at their house when we come back. Our plan is to find a house on the beach, have just the bridal party stay with us for a few days. Get married & then kick everyone out so we can have some kind of "honeymoon". My fiance will only have 5 days vacation at that time. I don’t care if people stay in the area but we need our own space then.
If everyone we invite comes & brings a guest we will have 26 people coming to our wedding that includes bride & groom! (but I don’t see his sisters bring any one, our rule is you have to be dating them at least 6 months+ we are paying for random people to come to the biggest day of our life then never see them again) Wedding party can bring who ever.
Any other tips on planning a beach wedding?

We’re thinking of moving up our wedding date & getting married at Myrtle Beach while on vacation in August…any helpful suggestions, anything at all you can tell me that will help me make this a memorable occasion & what I can do to have it go without a hitch would be MUCH appreciated! I sprained my foot (BADLY) last summer & my doctor told me to wear shoes with arch support. Hard to find anyway, but IMPOSSIBLE for women’s summer shoes, and especially good looking, sexy shoes.
Right now I’m looking for a sport sandal (for all day walking @ beach & amusement park), everyday sandals, and dressy, high heeled sandals. (Several summer weddings to go to)
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’ve discovered Born/Bjorndal shoes (have 1 pr.) but beyond that am not sure about brands and my offline choices are SEVERELY limited – I live in farm country.

Because of the design of the dress, I obviously can’t wear a strapless bra. I am a 38C and my breasts are not saggy or anything, but I want to push them up and make sure I have something that will support them and stay put almost invisibly. Any suggestions?

My fiance bought my engagement ring at Rogers and Hollands and he bought the lifetime protection plan. The wedding band I love is at Kay Jewelers but I’m concerned that if we buy that one and sodder it to my engagement ring that it will cause the Rogers and Holland protection to be invalid. Does anyone know how this works or should I just buy a band from R&H?
