This is the strangest thing. I have just received a third invitation for the same wedding. Each invitation was a different style (all very formal and ornate) but with all the same information. I have sent my rsvp already from the first invitation, so I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. But I’m more interested in knowing if anyone has heard of this or has any idea why someone would send so many invites. It’s a very big and outrageous wedding which will be featured on the show "Platinum Weddings". Any ideas?

I just got a wedding invitation from a friend and there was tissue paper with the RSVP. Am I supposed to send that back with the RSVP?
LOL Ricardo, I think that tissue is a little too thin for me to wipe with.

The bridal shower is on July 12 with the RSVP for July 1st. The rehearsal dinner is on August 20 with the RSVP for August 1st. Should these go out 1 month prior to the RSVP date or the date of the event?

I’ve never thrown a bridal shower before, and know many won’t RSVP (b/c I never do) but want to have an idea of how many people to plan for.

My wedding is scheduled for May 15, 2010 and its going to be in another country. I have family and friends that will be traveling from the U.S. for the wedding. Next week I will be mailing out my "Save the Date Cards" to my U.S. guests.Should I include an RSVP for the wedding for these guests with the "Save the Date" or should I just wait until two months from my wedding to find out if they will be coming? Please help!

Alot of my coworkers are invited to my wedding. I plan to hand deliver their invitations to them. Do I still need to write their addresses on the envelopes. Also do I include a stamp on the RSVP when most likely they can walk right over to my office and give them to me? I do not know the proper etiquette. Help!

I just sent out my wedding invitations and the RSVP date is for august and we are getting married in may. We really need to know how many people are coming to order the food and the cake. Should I resend RSVP s with the correct date? or should I leave it and just start calling people a couple of weeks before the wedding if they have not responded.

My wedding is June 18th, it’s a Friday in June. How far in advance should I send my invitations?? My RSVP is May 1st. June is the month for vacations, and it’s a friday so I am worried. thanks!
