What should I give as a gift to a bridal shower?
I was invited to a co-workers bridal shower. There are only about 4 co workers that were invited the rest will be her friends and family. It is a late morning event from 11am-2pm and they will be serving us brunch at a restaurant. I’m not really sure what I should get her for a bridal shower gift since I don’t know her all that well. I am not going to the wedding as it is a destination wedding. If I choose to give a card with money, what is an appropriate amount? Any other ideas?

Find out where she is registered. The Knot has a feature to Find a Registry, try that or ask your co-workers. You can give a gift in any amount you are comfortable with.
Good luck!
My family got me a beach bag with beach accessories (some silly!) for the honeymoon. Sunscreen, towels, snorkel gear, travel book, etc. It was a pretty neat idea and I can’t wait to put it to use! It could be a cute idea for her destination wedding!
It’s not appropriate to give a gift card at a shower since gifts are opened in front of everyone as part of the event. A $30 item from her registry is plenty.
How about some bride accessories like a wedding day survival kit,u can look them up online. Or wedding keepsake boxes, shirts, hats, slippers that say "bride" or "just got married" (i love those), personalized champagne flutes or a personalized cake cutter, a home spa gift basket that has lotions, oils and stuff like that.
Well she should have a registry, I would pick something from there. If not or it is too expensive, I would go with either a nice Yankee candle (about $20) or get a few cookbooks from Borders on their clearence racks and tie them together for her "library" of go-to meals.
