Pig roast
Barbecue
Hawaiian pizza (has pineapple, almonds, and cinnamons – might sound strange, but it tastes awesome!)
Hot dogs and hamburgers
Seafood, of any kind
Seafood or a polynesian spread.
Maybe seafood?
And also include lemonade, and drinks that are more.. paradise-ish.
;}
fruit dessert, some type of fish with a mango or olive salsa (my mom makes it all the time), just be tropical (: explore what’s around you.
shrimp cocktail appitizer, etc.
You need to think of an east coast or a west coast menu.
East coast:
Corn and crab chowder
planked salmon with mashed potatoes
West Coast:
Ceviche
Snapper veracruz
Midwest:
Steak, Mushroom sauce,
grilled tomato with spinach,
twice baked potato
Remember, the most important think is getting all your friends
and family together. Boneless Chicken can be done elegantly.
For a beach theme, BBQ sauce — scalloped potatoes, big salad.
Chicken shish kebobs would further push the beach theme
Ham and pineapple for a main dish. Include something fun like chocolate covered fruit or even a chocolate fountain. Use lots of color, and be mindful that you do not want anything really messy!
seafood, Caribbean, barbeque
Some examples-lime chicken, coconut shrimp, jerk-spiced beef, mango salsa or mango meat-dishes
