where can go to learn how to make wedding cakes for a living?

my dream is to work as a pastry chef and learn to make proffesonal cakes for a living, does anyone know where i can go to do this, in the area of basingstoke?

Culinary school would be a good place to start. Attending the more well known schools doesn’t guarantee a great education.. What really matters is the instruction you receive, what you put in is what you get out. Be ready to put your heart and soul in. Most of us are not in it for the $$, but the passion. Good luck!
